Our refund policy is structured according to the stage of service:

1. Registration Fee

The registration fee is non-refundable once paid.

2. Processing Stage

If the client chooses to cancel services before documentation is submitted, 50% of the processing fee may be refunded. No refunds are issued once processing begins.

3. Work Permit Stage

Once a work permit or approval process has started, no refunds will be issued.

4. Rejection Cases

We do not provide refunds in the event of visa rejection, as decisions are made by government authorities.
